Planning Direct has helped to secure planning permission for 144 new homes in a C2 Care Village on the outskirts of Ipswich along Westerfield Road.

The ambitious project was designed by a local architectural firm, with Planning Direct providing the following supporting documents:

• an assessment of need for the care village
• a heritage impact assessment
• a planning statement.

The development around the historic Westerfield House will see living accommodation provided for the elderly in 6 blocks around a community hub. The community hub will contain a variety of accessible services and facilities for residents and their visitors to support them to live happily and independently.
