We are pleased to announce that construction has now started on a large scheme for 150 total homes in Dover.

Planning Direct secured planning permission for residential development of the former hospital site back in 2019.

The scheme was originally brought to the local council in 2018 by the developers, Yellowstone Homes Limited. However, the application ran into some planning difficulties, with the council making various requests for alterations and additional documents. At this stage, the developers got in touch with Planning Direct who then took charge of the application.

Working closely with both the developers and the local council, Planning Direct managed to secure planning permission for the development back in 2019. Given all that has happened in the years since, we’re very excited to learn that this project is now underway and we hope to bring you further updates!
