Planning Direct, famous for stopping a major Tesco’s supermarket application, has been successful again objecting to a major development, this time in Wimbledon.

The application had been received warmly by planners but Planning Direct were instructed by local residents to represent them and swiftly visited site and wrote a detailed Objection Statement.

Planning Direct’s Andrew Cann also advised the residents on how to win the case pointing out that winning objection cases was as much about Technical Reasons for saying ‘no’ as politico/emotional reasons for wanting to say no.
